Joseph T. “Ted” McFadden, Jr.

Ted joined the firm in Sept. 2010 after having been a medical malpractice litigation partner in the largest law firm in southeastern Virginia for a number of years. Ted has over 30 years of litigation experience most of which has been devoted to representing physicians and healthcare providers in professional liability claims in Virginia and also in North Carolina where he is also licensed. Ted has tried numerous cases to verdict and has also successfully represented physicians and other professional licensees before the Virginia Department of Health Professions.  Ted also represents healthcare organizations in certificate of public need matters before the Virginia Department of Health, and healthcare providers in insurance reimbursement matters. He is a member of the firm’s vaccine injury and healthcare sections. Ted is rated AV peer rated by Martindale Hubbell, listed in Best Lawyers and has been active in local bar activities in the Tidewater Virginia area for many years.
