BIOGRAPHY
Dare is a native of Richmond, Virginia. She graduated magna cum laude from James Madison University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2010. During her third year of law school, Dare was a member of The Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse, a trial-level legal aid clinic providing free services to defense attorneys who represent capital murder defendants in cases throughout Virginia. She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2010, and then joined Rawls, McNelis & Mitchell. Dare is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and is admitted to practice in Virginia. Outside of work, she enjoys learning about Italian art and culture. She is also involved in Maryland Westie Rescue, a charity dedicated to providing rescue, shelter and the adoption of Westies in the mid Atlantic region.
