BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Muldowney graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 2000, where she graduated cum laude and was a staff writer for the Law Review “The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law”. She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2001. After law school, Ms. Muldowney began working as an Assistant City Attorney in the City Attorney’s office in Winchester, Virginia in 2001 and was appointed City Attorney in 2003. She joined Rawls, McNelis & Mitchell in 2006. Ms. Muldowney has extensive experience in civil rights and medical malpractice litigation as well as representing vaccine injured petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
